I have had nothing but problems with these incompetent people. My case manager is exist and I'm pretty sure she is racist too. Child support gets taken directly from my paycheck and goes to DSS. Tell me how DSS loses a direct deposit, turns me into collections, and tells me it's my problem to figure it out? UNPROFESSIONAL! I think someone took the money and spent it on shoes or a new purse. They are theives. Once I find out that they took the money..... there's nothing anyone can do. They hold all the power and a judge will automatically side with them because they're a government agency. They took money out of my kids mouth. I will find the proof that they stole my kids child support money.

This is the headquarters, not a local branch office. They do not serve the general public at this location.
This is a beautiful facility, much better than the downtown location, plenty of free parking, great meeting spaces.

dont expect any call backs and yes they always want you to call first. they wont give any information not sure why this is even a place. also the staff people like Lorene Williams look to make your life miserable

If choosing a star was'nt mandatory I would'nt have put one. Exceptionally rude staff, particulary a woman by the name of Kim Davis. I was contemplating on whether or not to put her entire name but after taking time back to reflect on how unprofessional she was I have no problem doing so. They should not have this woman running anything or any department with her lack of character, tone of voice, immaturity and lack of professionalism. When I asked, very kindly by the way, to speak with her higher up guess what she does? Hang up the phone. My man was beside me listening to all of this and could'nt believe it himself. Not going to mention what the problem initially was because it will be too much to dive into but this woman needs counseling and fundamental help if she thinks purposely misinterpreting and mispelling people names on the phone and on documentation is funny even after being clarified on how to actually spell it SEVERAL TIMES. Luckily the people I needed to obtain this document for still accepted it even with my information typed by her innacurately but thats not the point. Being old and bitter gets you nowhere. Never thought I could get trauma from a phone call with a person I dont know at all smh. If youre reading lady Davis just know after a few trials I found your boss's number myself but I refrained myself from using it because unlike you I practice to be kind, even in a situation were you were none of the sort with me but this number will be kept for future reference.

Don’t even waste your time or get your hopes up. If I could give 0 stars I would! Terrible and rude customer service. Case worker K. Johnson never even answers phone calls or emails but yet I can get a denial with no explanation How are we supposed to get help if customer service can’t help me or assigned case workers don’t even respond! I can’t wait until I leave this state! NC was never this difficult with getting assistance!

They are very unprofessional my case worker I had is no longer there however I wasn’t aware of her no longer being my case worker and I still don’t know who my case worker is. It’s been 2weeks nothing. On top of that I had to pay $600 on food because they didn’t give me foodstamps. They are horrible at doing their job. And you never can reach the case worker or anyone to talk too. I pray to god above that they find good people that help others. Smh

I can't believe the red tape such as just trying to log in and view or upload data. I've been permanently disabled and recently given a cancer diagnosis now they drop Medicaid and give me $27 a month for SNAP. Terrible service when I can't even review or get a straight answer as to what's going on... I owe $53000 in hospital bills so now here comes more.... Or I just don't get treated

Absolutely uncalled for workers doesn't return calls they won't answer emails people are going without because their not doing their job something needs to be done about this..if I could rate a 0 I would.
