If I could rate her 10/05 I would. I am so blessed and happy to have found Rosa as our lawyer. My wife and I had struggled here locally (Kentucky) with our local lawyers . Even getting married. I was actually referred to Rosa by a very dear friend when she learned I was looking for an immigration attorney to help with the K1 visa process for my fiancée. From the first consultation, I felt very confident that Rosa was the attorney that I wanted to represent us and so did my fiancée. Because of Covid the process was slower than usual, but Rosa or someone from her staff kept us updated the entire time.

Once my fiancée was approved for her K1 interview, Rosa notified me personally before I even had a chance to read my email. During the following couple of weeks, there was constant contact between Rosa’s office and my fiancée to ensure she had all of the additional documentation she needed in preparation for her interview date. On the day of the interview, everything went extremely well and the entire process was complete in about ten minutes. It was obvious to us that the reason everything went so well was due to all of the preparation by Rosa and her staff. Not only would I highly recommend Rosa and her entire staff, we plan to use her in the future to assist us in obtaining visa’s for other family members.
