I cannot rate Susana highly enough! I have instructed her in relation to a lease and option to purchase contract which has some ongoing land dispute so quite a detailed matter - Susana cut through it all so easily and quickly.
Living in the UK and not speaking fluent Spanish was a real concern for me when entering into the contract but finding Susana (especially with her great English!) and having her check through the contract was such a weight off my mind. I could ask Susana any questions and she always responded promptly and was able to explain any matters. I am a Solicitor and know how difficult it can be to respond but Susana makes you feel like you are her only client and nothing is too much trouble. The pricing is also very clear and reasonable.
I plan to use Susana for the purchase and to arrange my NIE and would recommend her to anyone needing a Solicitor in Spain.
