These guys scratched and chipped my rims and couldn’t mount the new tires because they didn’t have the right equipment so I had to take to Highway 10 Tires in Euless Tx and get them mounted and balanced now I get the news that the tire has a hole, now I have to pay more money to get the home patched!!!

These guys are rip offs!!! Wouldn’t even recommend to my pet monkey!!!

So far, the best guys on division! Great business and great team. I highly recommend anyone simply because of fair prices and good communication with none of the disrespect and backlash from others I’ve visited. Again A++ and deserving of another star.

Service took all day. The guy put the wrong thread tire on my car the very next day the tire came completely off the rim. Then yesterday my tire blew out on the highway because S&M gave me this cheap tire. This place is a joke!!!!!!!!!!! Hiding my review

Have been a loyal customer until very recent. Think management changed because the awesome service I received 3 months ago was gone. Yesterday during visit technician couldn't explain why I needed to replace my tire then said the owner was asking for 50 dollars...for a 16 inch car tire! Then I had to go looking for him only to find him in the office asleep! Told him see ya and went up the street and paid 30. I snicker when I pass by on way to work for city of Arlington. I wonder if the mountain of tires towards the back is an environmental hazard? Clean up your service SM Tire!

I stopped here one day when I lived close by and found it was owned by a POC so I wanted to give them my business. They have been the best for all my Toyota 4runner needs. When my vehicle stopped on me in Dallas, Sylvester told me to tow it there and they would fix it. They did just that. I've since moved from the area but I still drive that 20+ mins and get what I need done on my vehicle. They've not disappointed!

Very unprofessional person at the reception although the employee was okay. Will try to sell you either different sized tires or new tires. Drive like a mile West and there is a place called Half Price tires. Get you things done there.

Very horrible service took my tire to get changed for a used one and it barely had thread on it matter fact, it was bald and tried to charge me 60 bucks, saying the tire was rare and he only had one don’t go here
