I’ve been using this postal annex for over 10 years. They have everything. I’ve personally used the following services:

Shipping items
Printing documents
Printing pictures
Scanning of both for emails
Notarizing so many times.

I will continue to support this postal annex.

Change your print prices
Was in a hurry everything looks so busy I couldn't find prices.
Other postal annex charge .18 to .20 cents per page. Office Depot is .18 cents a b&w print
Thought I would support local and be in and out but ended up waiting because of one employee and after the print be charged $2.25 for one b&w page. Come on. This makes me not want to support local. Never ever going back because if it's 2.25 for a print everything else will be over priced

So looks like this Postal Annex doesn’t accept USPS pre-paid shipping labels,
But the one in Village Center does accept Pre-paid labels ?

I came In today to have a package delivered for a expensive medical device, the worker named Vivian had no customer service. I politely asked if she could put the packaging label on the box, for my own peace of mind, before I left. She made faces and proceeded to hand me the packaging tape and pushed the box towards me and said “you do it”. I was shocked due lack of customer service and I proceeded to tape the box and I said “okay, can the label be put on now” and she refused. She then said “I gave you your receipt, we have to scan it then label is put on, I understand protocols. Nonetheless, it’s in the manner this person treated me that I I will never return to this location.

I literally came here to mail a letter to someone’s P.O. Box to San Ysidro. I came on the 20th and said I would like this mailed to them asap in the next 2-3 days. The lady said okay, we can do certified mail. It’s now the 28th and the letter is still at the distribution in San Diego. What a waste of time. They can’t blame the USPS or delays since they are the ones who recommended that to me after I said I wanted first class mail with tracking.

Dropped off a package here, and it was never scanned in and ended up lost. UPS opened an investigation and couldn't find it in their own inventory.

So it was stolen by someone at this location, contacted them over phone and email and they won't open a claim or work with me at all, they just keep pointing fingers at UPS.

Now I've been dealing with this issue with UPS for weeks, save your time and don't come here.

Arrived for a fingerprint appointment ahead of time. They told me to come back 40 minutes later so that the person of the aftetnoon shift can do it. The guy at the time who could do it didn't want to. Came back 45 minutes after and they told me to come back in 30 minutes. The lady apologized for the inconvenience because the afterrnoon shift employee was late. Saw the gentleman who was qualified to take my fingerprints and he said he was busy. 2 minutes after he went outside to smoke...and said hed be back in 2 minutes. Guy never came back.... Aside from the young lady who apologized, their other employees could use a course on getting to work on time + customer service + no procrastination in the workplace. Ms Velazquez arrived around 12:45 and was very polite. Her customer service skills were great.

Convenient location but their staff is really rude and unfriendly at this location. I have called and walked in and had nothing but cold customer service treatment from the people who work there. I have inquired over the phone about passport photos 2 weeks ago and was given a curt response of "Our passport photo machine is broken", and click, the line went dead. No other words of courtesy. I walked-in a few days later hoping a face-to-face interaction would be better. Again, I asked if I can have a passport photo taken. The response was a no because this time (the excuse was that) they ran out of passport photo paper. Again, the staff I spoke with had no courteous words to offer and did not even bother to look me in the eye, just called out, "Next person in line". OK.
