These people are clueless. I called & they had no clue about their website that I've been using for over 2 years to make my payments. They wouldn't listen & told me they didn't know what to tell me. After two people looked some more, they found my payment. They didn't even say sorry. For such a highly sought out city this kind of service is unacceptable! They obviously hadn't had customer service training or even common courtesy.

Never had any issues, water bill usually $65 but now I have 2 roommates it’s about $85 and we split it so not that high of bills, I can always call to pay my bill over the phone so idk why the bad reviews, maybe in the past but recently good customer service.

The lady I spoke to needs to be retrained or fired. She is very unprofessional and rude. She talked to me like I was an idiot. Mustang clearly hires anybody. Get your stuff together City of Mustang.

Water bills are outrageous, city hall employees are rude, arrogant and ignorant. Water shut off dur to receiving a new card called and paid before the disconnect but they cut it anyways since it was scheduled even though the worker hadn't cut it and after 9 hrs it was on

I had several question’s pertaining to my billing, my payment’s & changing my method of paying. Because I was having my own issue’s, I had to call separately on each subject. And twice on the same issue. I was calling a lot. With every call my question’s were explained immediately, correctly & politely. I definitely felt like a nuisance. But I was spoke to with courtesy & respect. The interaction’s were painless & a relief.

Water bills are insanely expensive all while it's totally undrinkable and hard. It destroys faucets and dish washers. It smells like a pool when I shower. If I full a glass it takes 5 minutes for the cloudy sediment to fall to the bottom. Bottom line is mustang residents are being ripped off for undrinkable water.

Not current with the times, needs to join the digital age and accept recurring charges over the phone instead of insisting to mail out paper work to set up auto pay, which never comes either by the way. Totally archaic.
