Hace unos años Jael me ayudo abrir mi caso con la comision de labores. La oficina moon no acepto mi caso pero ella tomo el tiempo para darme informacion sobre mis derechos y me ayudo mucho. I should have been a beneficiary of a class action suite that Moon Law Group was hired to settle. My former employer did not include me on the recipient list even though I should have qualified for the settlement. I called Moon Law Group to get some help and try to understand what actions are available to me. The receptionist, Leticia, was very rude to me and said that there was no information they could give and kept saying that she didn't even understand what I was asking. I was asking what I stated above and that I wondered if my former employer had broken a law or a contract agreement by leaving me out. This seems to be a simple enough question that we could at least have had a conversation about it.
