My initial experience with Meyer Legal was great. However, recently I sent a couple requests for service and 4 days later have not gotten an acknowledgement of receipt as requested both via email and phone. Calls go directly to voicemail. It appears that Michael's business is not offering services for whatever reason unbeknownst to me!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has 100% ghosted me AFTER I paid. I've tried contacting by phone, text, e-mail, voice messages for a month now and NOTHING. Not even an Oh I'm sorry, we'll get to it. Or even I'm sorry we're no longer in business. Nothing. I'm a certified legal document preparer who's handled thousands of cases, so it's not like I'm some disgruntled customer who doesn't understand how it works. I do. And there's no excuse for no contact, even just a text from a family member saying the owner is now deceased. Something.

Sometimes, during our toughest moments, we all need someone to embrace morality, compassion, and empathy. When I approached Michael, I was at the bottom of the ladder of "hope." Despite my efforts, I could not find the solution, and each attempt only seemed to drive me deeper into despair. I spent 11 months with numerous private investigators, process servers, and law enforcement officers across two states. Michael and Meyers Legal Service LLC accomplished the same task in 8 days.

I speak from my personal experience, but I imagine most parents would do whatever it took to find their child if they’d been taken and hidden in another state, violating a custody order. What Michael did for me is something that can’t be taught. It’s innate. You either have integrity, or you don’t. He listened and could relate to what I was feeling and going through. We talked about challenging experiences, and although I contacted Meyers Legal Services for business, you would have never known by the end of the conversation.

In two days, Michael was able to positively find where my daughter had been taken and provide proof that the subject was living in Florida with extended family members. He was hired to serve court proceedings in Texas. Instead of just recording an attempt when no one answered the door, he showed up the next day bright and early in the morning, asked questions, spoke to staff and community members, and what he left with that day was more than what any private investigator in Florida or Texas had gotten in 11 months.

Why is this so important? I tell you why because I didn’t ask him to do what he did because what he decided to do was innate. It is grounded in integrity and doing the right things even when nobody is looking because it’s the moral thing to do and when you have genuine empathy for another person’s circumstance. Even in business, you can feel some of what they are going through.

The evidence he got that day was pivotal and resulted in criminal charges being filed. It gave me some relief that my daughter, who was taken on December 9, 2022, is still out there, and it’s only a matter of time before I’m able to be reunited with her. It restored my hope that if you stay the course, you'll find people who will walk that path with you. So thank you, Michael and Meyers, Legal Service, for doing what you do and going above and beyond what was expected because you didn’t have to, or maybe you did because integrity knows no other way.

Top Notch Professional, Michael was extremely timely serving subpoenas and a summons for my case. He also sent me affidavits for e-filing. His prices are better than PBSO, and paying online was easy. Michael was super helpful and patient! The jurisdiction of my legal work is Ontario Canada and I spoke to a few people before hiring Meyer Legal. Michael was the only person who alerted me to possible problems trying to serve someone outside of the jurisdiction and he went to some lengths to check on this. Turns out its not a problem but I very much appreciated his professionalism in doing his due diligence. I'm in Michigan and had a Defendant that needed to be served that lives in Florida. I contact Mike @ Meyer Legal Services to get the job done! The communication was constant ... always updating me on the progress. This particular Defendant was "hiding" and his co-workers were playing the game with him. I had to file a Motion for Alternate Service, Mike provided the Affidavit of Service to go along with the Motion. I got the Order from the Judge, sent it to Mike and he was on it like white on rice!
