Short version: look no further and write a check to Mr. Hazany immediately. You will get the best legal representation possible. Long version: I am finally a US citizen!!! My case was all bad! Other attorneys had advised me to avoid even coming in contact with USCIS, let alone applying for citizenship. I almost lost hope. My wife used Mr. Hazany for her N400 application a few years ago (yes, she's a citizen too), and she recommended him to me. After reading the positive reviews, I decided to give it a shot. That started a long process of getting everything together. FOIA requests, records, court papers, research, pages of legal explanations, etc. - Mr. Hazany is a rocket scientist. He and his ream really put in the work! After a year or two of work and waiting for government agencies to respond, I finally saw the final application packet. It was ROCK SOLID. My chances were about 50-50. Mr. Hazany went with me to my interview - they chose to not make the decision there and referred my application to "legal". Even then, Mr. Hazany didn't get lost and mailed in additional paperwork. A couple of months after...... I checked the mail and received a notice to appear at my ceremony. I am happy, my wife is happy, and my family is happy! This guy here is a top notch attorney. He's not your neighborhood rubber stamp paperwork person. Mr. Hazany is legit. He's an actual lawyer with experience and lots of apps and court cases behind him.... he knows how to handle complicated cases, navigate the process and get you what you want.
