I've used Romina and the Lawyers in Spain team for a few services (NIE, NIF, and Residency) now and can't speak enough on how amazing they've been. Great communication. We have used lawyers in Spain three times in the last two years, Firstly to get an NIE number for me then secondly for my wife six months later. They were 100% efficient and completed both tasks with ease. In fact they made it so easy that when we decided to buy a house earlier this in Andalucia the were the obvious choice to represent us.
We were very nervous about purchasing a house in Spain especially as we don't speak Spanish very well and you here so many horror stories but Romina guided through the process step by step keeping us informed and protecting our interests at all times, she even helped us set up the water, gas and broadband utilities to get us started.
Now thats what I call first class customer service!!!

My experience with this firm, and Ms. Romina Pereyra as my immigration attorney, was the most horrible service I ever paid for. What I experienced was nothing less than a scam. I was charged 2000 USD for nothing.
Don't be deceived by the initial air of professionalism. Don't believe if you are told, like me, that the lawyer's success rate, at least in immigration, has been 100%, because I, together with my spouse, are proof that it's not. We had a residence application for non-lucrative and study visa and we were both rejected, having received no substantial help from Lawyers in Spain. We are both master graduates from excellent European universities and with previous residence in 5 countries. Our profile, as Romina herself admitted, was very good, but still, we didn't succeed mainly because of her bad advice, and irresponsible service.
I can go on and on about why you should never consider hiring this lawyer, but it would take 50 pages to describe everything. IT should be enough for you to hear that this lady is disorganized, she FORGETS her appointments with you, FORGETS the dates when she is supposed to deliver something, FAILS to deliver time and again what she is to deliver, is arrogant and non-apologetic, and in one phrase, you cannot count on her help at all. If you already hired her, my advice to you is to forget what you have paid and proceed on your own. It will be much more efficient and will save you the frustration of dealing with an irresponsible service person, who is a dishonest person.
This was my experience with Romina Pereyra as one of the attorney's at Lawyers in Spain in an immigration case. I do not know about any other attorneys who might work there, and whether this might apply to them as well.

Romina was my lawyer to help me for applying for a study visa in Madrid. With my background, studying in Europe for 2 years for master degree, I was almost confident that I will get the Visa. I had all my admission and registration process with the school and I even paid for it. BUT all because of this lady's bad advices and unorganised help I failed to get the Visa. I even paid 2000 USD to her but she failed to even help for giving me a bit of help. Even after the socking news of rejected Visa, I had a very good chance to ask for appeal, but she had no idea how to do it and no contact to get information about it. All and all I was really disappointed of her service, and during the time I hired her, many times I doubted if she is really a lawyer! Her information were always proved to be wrong..
DO NOT TRUST HER AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
