Customer service is lacking. I won’t go in to detail about the sales person mistake. That happens! However, the manager Haley handled the situation so poorly and went out of her way to not take responsibility for it. I called customer service and it was handled.

staff was soo sweet but stay away from Valentyna if you’re doing returns. Has a really sour attitude and rolls her eyes every five seconds. Coworker told my mom that “this isn’t the first customer complaint about her” sooo I’m very surprised she still working here. So rude!

I had a very weird experience at this store. The clothes and items for kids are great at good prices. But the staffing is questionable. After choosing a bunch of stuff at gap kids, I was ready to check out. I was told to go to the adult gap to pay as there was no one to run the register at gap kids. Annoying but no big deal. Once at the register, I was asked by the employee at least 3 times if I wanted to enroll in the rewards program. I said no each time, but the person kept pestering me. Looking back I feel that one no should have been enough. Lastly, another employee nearby said in reference to my baby daughter, who I was holding in my arms- I’d like to get some mustard and bbq sauce and take a bite out of her legs- I guess the employee in a weird way was complementing my baby’s chubbiness- but it was such a weird and inappropriate remark. I’m still very bothered by it. I like the clothing here but I’m at a loss for the terrible treatment I received that day.

I placed an order online for in-store pickup. I purchased a pair of pants at a different store prior to entering Gap and walked directly up to the register inside Gap. The sales associate lady didn’t greet me and assumed I was either trying to buy or return the pants I had in my hand. I told her I was there for an order pickup. She asked about the pants and I told her I purchased them elsewhere in the mall prior to coming to Gap. She obviously did not believe me. After she grabbed my order, she questioned me TWO MORE TIMES about the pants and I finally had to show her the UNIQLO tag on the pants to prove to her they weren’t gap pants. I’d be more understanding if I was looking at products inside the store but I immediately walked up to the register when I entered and didn’t touch a single gap product. This is the first time I bought from gap in my life and will be the last.

I feel like this store has really taken a dive in recent years. I used to find the clothe clothes stylish and timeless. Recently, it seems the inventory has become bland and boring carrying only basic items such as, hoodies, Henley shirts in basic colors (black, grey, navy), turtle necks, also in basic colors, sweat suits in velour and classic fabric. They still have jeans but even the selection of these has become basic. Of course, the prices are anything but basic. Too expensive!!

Just not happy with the direction the company has decided to go. I won’t ever be going back. Ever again. And I used to be a pretty loyal shopper. Oh how things have changed. Good luck with your future endeavors.

Celine at the Bellevue Square numerous times, she totally looks out for the best of the customer and is always patient and friendly. I kid you not last time I was at the store I spent $800 and opened up a card and all because she pointed out that there was a promotion going on and it wasn’t posted.

One of the employees I believe his name was Missael was extremely nice and caring. He made me feel welcomed and safe and should get a 10 dollar raise.
