Horrible service. Lack of communication, can never get a hold of any of the workers. If you are a government employee, and you can't communicate with your clients, answer your phones, then you need to find a different job. I was calling for 4 hours today. Every time I just got put on hold. Plus, I am only calling because something in your system has totally messed up my account!

I moved recently from Sacramento, Already had Medi-cal just needed it to be transferred because I am 16 weeks pregnant And Need to see an Obgyn asap, I have Hyperemesis and had a trip to the hospital for Iv fluids that still NEED COVERAGE , They DENIED my Medi-cal after I provided proof of pregnancy and everything I needed, That Case worker Janie needs to LOSE HER JOB. She NEVER answered the phone , In order for me to contact her I had to get someone in the office to contact her. So here I am WELL AND FULLY QUALIFIED FOR MEDICAL AND I GOT DENIED LAST MINUTE FROM HER !!!!

My dother needed help 911 but they wasent that help full know my dother depressed her self she was homeless she in hospital I feel bad..when teens come for help and they get blower away..even if she from and born u.s.a. sad..

This lady was so rude to me yelled at me about which address I was using yelled at me to spell it out and then when I had another question she cut me off that OK thanks thanks OK have a good day bye. So rude and short, like they get paid for working, I don’t understand the issue.
