This was our second time using Coleman Catering, and they did not disappoint! I obtained three quotes for our company holiday party, and Coleman was selected due to the menu options (we had Apple BBQ Baby Pork Loin, Garlic-Herb Steak Tips, Boneless Chicken Breast (lemon-herb), mashed potatoes and maple butter dinner rolls) and the price for this menu was less than another caterer offering turkey and ham, so this seemed more festive for our holiday luncheon. As a bonus, everything but the dinner rolls were safe for a gluten-intolerant employee! The food was delivered a little earlier than planned, which was great, giving us a bit more time to get everything set up, and the delivery person was friendly and very helpful in setting things up. Everyone was very pleased with the food, and the temperature and the quantity were just right! I definitely recommend Josiah and his team if you have a function that needs to be catered!

Coleman Catering surpassed my expectations! Josiah made ordering a breeze, and pickup at Salt & Light was quick and easy. The assorted breakfast breads and fluffy, fresh bagels were absolute hits with everyone. We'll definitely be returning customers! Highly recommend!

I used Coleman Catering for a work event and it was by far the best breakfast our staff has had since I started in my role three years ago. My boss and I have worked with many caterers and Coleman Catering exceeded our expectations - the food was delicious, the coffee was perfect, and their attention to detail and care were extraordinary. Our staff were impressed with how they were able to have a hot and tasty breakfast sandwich made to their liking that was high quality. We received MANY thank you emails that day.

Josiah was so easy to work with and very helpful - I think we have found our permanent vendor for any and all events my department puts on moving forward. Seriously, if I could give them more than five stars, I would.

We had them cater my mom’s birthday, they left cooking instructions for both kitchens with heating times and worked with us very well and the food was fantastic! The mac and cheese is a must have as well as the chicken piccata and the salmon! What wasn’t devoured ended up being great as leftovers as well! I definitely recommend anyone in the Groton/Lunenburg/ Leominster area to give them a try for any event!

I hired Coleman catering to cater my daughter’s graduation party. We had one of their buffets which included chicken, beef, vegetables, potatoes, and salad. The chicken and beef were cooked to perfection. The seasonal vegetables included Brussels sprouts which were phenomenal. All of our guests loved the food. I would highly recommend them for any catering needs and I will use them again in the future.
