Es una basura de buffet de abogados. Tuve muy mala experiencia en Plano. No me ayudaron en nada batalle para 6 meses para que me dieran corte. Nunca contestan. Y lo peor que termine pagando mis 2 tickets completos todavía pague los servicios de citizen para no ayudarme en nada. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Beware of this company if you're planning to deal with them after getting a ticket. Don't wait for them to make an appointment - take the initiative to create your own. Otherwise, you'll likely be met with a poor attitude from their assistants. If you do have to work with them, be prepared for a lengthy delay. I had a terrible experience where they didn't get in touch with me until 7 months after the initial incident. Trust me, if it happened to me, it can happen to you too.

Back on January 30. I hired them to handle my three traffic tickets from Dallas. They say they will keep in touch through mail and email, they have never tried. Luckily, Dallas municipal court, was cyber attacked a while ago, and where shut down. So that gave me time to get my documents ready to get the tickets dismiss on my own. I should have known, I would've never hired them. So, now I'm just waiting on the municipal court to send the notice for the next court pre-trail for the third time. But now I'm wondering if it's even possible to get my $120 back?

If you know what’s good for you you won’t hire them it’s a scam. I paid the $50 they never contacted the court to tell them they were representing me for my speeding ticket they never showed for my hearing and I have a warrant pending because of it. Stay far away from this law firm I’m reporting them to the bar for this one. And refuse to refund me so I’ll do a charge back since I was scammed.

I honestly have no idea what the heck all these negative reviews are about because I owe Roy Williams, an attorney at Citizen Law Firm, a great show of gratitude. I have a CDL and got a speeding ticket and if I was found guilty, my license would've been suspended. I'm not sure what Roy did but he worked some serious magic and my case was dismissed. I went to the courthouse as instructed but I never even had to go before a judge and make a plea. Trust me y'all Roy and Citizen Law Firm is worth every penny! I can't speak highly enough about the experience I had. I will be back if I ever need him (but hopefully that's not for a long time)!

STAY AWAY! Attorney Roy Williams texted me just now and informed me that I have court in 3 days... and its the weekend!! To make matters worst, I am paying more in hiring this firm then if I just paid my citation to begin with! I asked him "then why did I pay you guys if it's costing me more?" He very unprofessionally replied "You paid me to tell you to come to court Tuesday or you will have a warrant". I have all screen shots of this conversation for record. I genuinely don't know how this firm is still in business. Whatever you do, DO NOT hire this firm!!!

This firm sent a letter with their "goals" for the violations. They were obtained for legal representation and now they are stating that all they do is go to court, pick up the plea deal and present it to the client to either approve or decline. If the client does not agree then the client needs to show up at court and represent themselves because this law firm does not deal with the Irving municipal court. They never gave this information until now that an arrest warrant has been filed due to the violation they were hired to deal with.

I am amazed at how this firm has not been reported to the State Bar. They are extremely unprofessional. Once you retain them you will not hear from them again. I had to call them several times throughout months to get a status update on my case because I would not hear from them. Every time I would call I would get a different answer from someone. I was asked to come see them at their office for a Zoom hearing on December 15, 2020. That did not happen. An attorney was called and placed on speaker phone saying I would have to pay the full fee for my speeding ticket. At this point I just wanted to pay the citation and cut ties with the firm. A month passes and I do not hear from them. I call their office for an update. They convey to me that the attorney will call me soon with a case status update. Another month passes and I do not hear from them. Once again, I call them for a status update. Norma Banda conveys to me that my ticket was supposed to be paid on January 20, 2021 and it is past due. I immediately contact the court.

I am scheduled to appear in court today and would have never known had I not called the court myself to get a case update. Ultimately, they did not do anything for me. I ended up paying the exact fee amount for my speeding citation, which I could have handled myself. Save yourself the headache and anxiety. DO NOT RETAIN THIS FIRM.
