I had put in a request to retrieve my medical records and I am so thankful that the company that helped my was Choice Legal and not one of their competitors. I had read reviews of other places that offer this service and it seemed to be more trouble than it was worth in dealing with them. However, with the people here there was no problems. The representatives that were working on my case were incredibly nice and the upmost of professionals but most importantly they know what they are doing. I had requested the medical records of my client and the clinic those records were being kept at seemed to be very stubborn in presenting the data and incompetent about actually sending the information. Thankfully they are used to situations like that and they used their skills and knowhow to be persistent with this clinic. I am so thankful that there is a company that does a service like that!
