She was there for any questions and concerns I had during my husband’s illness. I felt that I had someone who truly cared about my husband’s well being, and mine too. I was referred to Ally Independence by one of my Grandfather’s Nurses when he was in the hospital and we were trying to get him home to spend his last days with my Grandmother. This is a difficult time for families and Stacy and her team worked above and beyond to help guide me through the process of finding the right kind of care for both of my Grandparents as well as working through an ever changing schedule.

As a Grandson, I never thought the responsibility to provide care for my Grandparents would fall to me, Stacy was truly a calming voice within the process, and worked with understanding and empathy. I appreciate her flexibility and availability still to this day as Ally Independence still provides care for my Grandmother. They are a local company that you can trust to provide the highest level of care.

Ally Independence/Stacey East are the best! We have had care for my Dad for almost 3 years. The Caregivers are compassionate and professional. Each in a uniform (subtle), great smiles, respectful and ready to assist my Dad with his needs; a companion as well, engaging my Dad in conversation. Knowing when to draw him out, asking questions and expressing interest in his journey (92 years old), and knowing when to sit quietly when my Dad wanted silence. Tasks were done quickly, though always attentive to Dad. When we needed additional care, Stacey quickly responded with assistance. The Staff are passionate about their roles as caregivers, many are students (LVN to RN, Social Work) who are dedicated to this profession. We felt very well cared for as a family and appreciated all their support!

Ally Independence helped my mother extend her time at home before going into full time nursing care (she suffered form Alzheimers, MS, and Parkinson's Disease). Stacey came into their home to do an assessment, offered flexible options, and was always very responsive to their needs. Whenever my in-law's needs changed, the team at Ally Independence did everything possible to accommodate them. Every nurse they worked with was empathetic, kind, and willing to provide whatever care was necessary to keep my mother-in-law comfortable, and at home for as long as possible. Ally Independence is amazing. Our great Aunt was at an Assistant Living Facility and required some additional care as well as companionship due to the to COVID lock down. I received daily status reports of her care as well as additional information we requested. Her caregivers were very loving and accommodating to our Aunts needs and request. We have used the services of Ally Independence for the past couple of years. They have been great! I highly recommend them. Stacey bends over backwards to get you the help you need. Plus, she is very responsive when you email or text. All of the caregivers she has provided have been excellent. It's been such a relief to be able to go to work and know that my mom is well cared for. The caregivers are attentive with my mom. I feel like they do everything they can to make sure mom has a safe and interesting day!

My 90 year old grandmother was deciding between assisted living and independent living.
After much thought we decided on independent living, which meant she would need some help to stay independent. I placed calls to 3 different company’s, Ally being one. Stacy returned my call within just a few hours. I told her what we needed and we made a date to meet within just a few days. She came to my grandmothers apartment and we got the info we needed and Stacy found someone that she thought would work well with my grandmother and she started the following week. That was in October of 2019 and my grandma is happy and all is working well.

After seeing how well that worked, I decided that I could benefit from some extra help. I have had MS for 10yrs and my mobility has suffered tremendously. I have to depend on my daughter to do so much for me and was feeling bad about that. I called Stacy to see if the type of help I need such as light cleaning, laundry and a few other basic things would be something she could get someone that might work. She found me a perfect match and I’ve had the the help I need since November. Ally is awesome and Stacy is always available by phone and text for anything we need. Very pleased with the care we have received.
