Always love this store. I’m excited to see the new clothes they have and probably 10 plus years ago I started wearing their underwear and socks and still do to this day in my opinion you can beat them.

My husband and I came in over the weekend looking for some new work pants for him. One of the associates, Wyatt, approached us and helped us find exactly the pants hubby was looking for! He was also the one to check us out and he was just so very knowledgeable and so very pleasant to work with! He made our experience personable and treated us with kindness respect and compassion! He spent time with us answering questions about product and even took time to look into sizes not sold in store. Duluth is blessed to have such a joyful kind employee in Wyatt! He deserves a promotion!

Do not order online!!! My first order didn't process, had to call reorder and pay again. Order arrives, wrong items. It took over 2 hours of holding to resolve this. Chat didnt work, it disconnects after 2 minutes if you dont keep responding...did that for 40 minutes. Finally at 6 am Saturday got through after 30 minutes. We'll see if the order comes. Customer service representatives were nice at least.

All of the employees are very helpful and nice. I started wearing the extremely well made cargo pants and I will never go back to Levi's again. These things are rugged and they last forever

i orderd one hood and 6 pairs of pants I only received one hood and 2 pairs of pants today I use these for work and are determental to my jobs performance I need this resolved as soon as possible I've tried calling just to wait for 97 minutes just to get hung up on not once but twice I've had terrible wait times for shipping I've never had any issues with duluth before and now I can even get a response if a human on the phone

I gave my email address to sign up for the customer membership program. I was told that i would not receive marketing emails. Instead i got about 4 marketing emails day 1, have unsubscribed a few times and am still getting them. So, i have to leave a 1 star on principle. If we all start doing this maybe companies will reconsider their bad marketing tactics.

Loves this store. They have some great quality men's and women's clothing. The store is so nice with great open and modern feel. Their buck naked love line is the best.
