Received my package and then sent it all the way to Springfield mass instead of delivering the package to Ayer mass.. no employee can explain why this happened..

An absolutely horrible place. I had to ring the customer service bell twice before being acknowledged. Deliberately ignoring the first one. With that, he did a dramatic sigh. How dare I make him do his job. He then proceeded to throw the box I was shipping right in front of me, knowing there was glass. I've sadly had to deal with this man twice. This place has horrible reviews and proceeds to gain more. If zero stars was available, it would be more deserved.

My carrier delivers neighbors’ mail to me and just this week left my pkg on my neighbors porch instead of mine! And now I have a pkg that tracking says was delivered to the Groton post office at 3:33pm on 12/9. It then says “pending acceptance”. It’s now after 5:30 pm on 12/11 and still no pkg and NO update on the tracking #. I’ve asked my carrier and she said she’ll speak to her boss, but it’s Saturday so no one at the office and I’ll get no answers before Monday at which point I’ll call them. This is a recurring thing with them. They get a pkg and it takes 2 days or more for them to get it out for delivery.

I recently had a package that was sent to me get inadvertently misdelivered to the wrong address. I called the local office in Groton and spoke with one of the team members there who was very helpful, offering to check the details on where the package was dropped and call me back. I got a call back a couple hours later and they had found where it got dropped off - the package was at my house another hour later. Great service!

It would have been super helpful if the mailman did not leave my packages 20 ft from the door that is extremely easy to access! And please next time if you are going to throw things on the ground, make sure there aren't cameras watching you. Because yes, i have saved the recording in case this gets noticed by the groton ma post office.

Very disappointed with the Groton Post office. I’ve had two bad experiences and I shouldn’t have gone back to give them a second chance. I accidentally brought a package to be returned and then the woman told me it was meant to go to UPS. She told me that UPS is the one with the big brown trucks I see everywhere with UPS on the side of them. I felt very belittled and wish I could give them zero stars!
