The guy who helped me was so patient and thorough with my foot scan and explaining that I needed to size up a whole size for my training. I was very hesitant, but after trying on 3 different styles or brands of shoes I finally picked a shoe that feels amazing on my foot. I was very happy with my service. You do not get this type of service at any other shoe store. Unmatched. My husband will be going next month for his fit and I can’t wait to get my next pair already.

Had a great experience with Christian - he was patient, knowledgeable and kind. After months of ordering shoe after shoe online and trying to find one that fit I gave up and went in to Fleet Feet. Within an hour I was fitted and had a shoe that fits perfectly and finally doesn’t hurt my feet. Very thankful!

The lady who helped me was great. She listened to everything I had to say and gave me several options of shoes to choose from. She also checked each shoe as I tried it on and gave me feedback. It was the best running shoe purchase in store that I’ve ever experienced

My first time buying a serious running shoe, was slightly concerned I would get pushed into a super expensive shoe and not like it. Christian was super helpful and informative, felt like he was really trying to find the best shoe for me. Explained things really well and I’m very happy with the shoe we settled on. I took my 80-year-old father to Fleet Feet Gateway today. Christian was very patient and helped me find shoes while going through many options. He was very kind and patient. My father needed the no-tie laces. Alisa was kind enough to put in the time and effort to configure the laces to my father's liking. They gave us a lot of time and kind effort. You have a lifetime customer for all of my shoe needs now. I can't thank you enough.

Reasons why I like this store specifically: the selection of running shoes that are physically in stock every day there. The ability to try on shoes to see how they fit. The way in which the helpful staff will measure you in case you don’t happen to remember your size, or if you just don’t have confidence that you’ll be a uniform size between all brands in case I were to switch from Saucony to Brooks or back, they will make sure for me. The opportunity for the staff to watch me walk/run in them and tell me of their observations then give recommendations or suggestions to ensure I am satisfied, comfortable, and confident in them means everything. I also want to say that the individual with the curly hair and cross tattoo on his forearm was top drawer professional! He knew what he was doing and looking for, regarding my well being, spotting pronation and whatnot in one type of shoes then advised me that they could likely cause discomfort in the long run (pun intended). He also suggested a half size larger than what I thought I needed which helped. I am happy with my experience and purchase with no regret because of my visit and the individual who consulted me.

I am a first time runner (well, first time in almost 20 years) and went in to get a fitting because I have decided to run a 5K next year. The fitting, both the technology and later the individual assistance, was so wonderful! There is so much more to running shoes than I had anticipated. I not only had all my questions answered, I got answers to questions I didn't know to ask, Christian was so helpful! I am still ASTOUNDED he ran a 10K in the morning and just drove straight to work. I would have been EXHAUSTED and cranky, but he showed no indication of either. I only knew because I asked him if he was a competitive runner and me mentioned that morning's race. Bananas. He was great!
