This family-owned Cafe has provided consistently delicious meals for decades. As a shirttail relative to the owners, my mom, sister, and I popped in here for breakfast in November. In my opinion, breakfast is a tricky meal because people are picky about their eggs and bacon. Preferring over medium well eggs sometimes leads me to get too runny, slimy, or so overcooked as to be inedible. Inedible. JC's cook has got egg preparation down to a science. The yolk was not overcooked, the white was completely cooked and they were simply delicious! My bacon was crisp but not burnt and quite flavorful. I decided to have oatmeal instead of pancakes or toast and it's some of the best I ever had. Served with milk, brown sugar and raisins it tasted genuinely homemade!
My mom and sister shared a giant, vegetarian burrito which was full to overflowing with fresh veggies!
Everything was very clean and well maintained and the staff was quite friendly and kind. One of the cool things about this place is the walls are covered with the names and dates of locals and travelers who have shared a meal here. It was very interesting to walk around and see all the names with the dates of past visitors.

Ooooohh my !!! My son brought me here for breakfast !!! This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My Denver omelette was filled with fresh vegetables. Hash browns w/ gravy delicious. French toast delicious. My son had chicken fried steak and eggs. Both great. Green chili is wonderful.

Went here for the first time while waiting for my tires to get swapped at Walt’s across the street. (Great tire place btw) I was delighted. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was delicious. They don’t skip on the meat and the hash browns were somehow crispy throughout this smothered burrito.

The cafe is family run and has a down home feel. Don’t take my word for it, go in and see for yourself.

Was in town for a couple of days. Always like to try the local places. Enjoyed it so much we came back the next day. Great breakfast! Had the 2+2+2 one day, Bacon breakfast the next day. Eggs cooked to perfection. Thick cut bacon, excellent pancakes, perfect hashbrowns, non-stop coffee. Friendly folks, great service.

Fastest breakfast service in the West. I only ordered a biscuit & gravy with a side of bacon, but it was seriously to my table in under 3 minutes. Food and coffee were good. B&G 3.5/5 and bacon a solid 4.5/5. In addition to being extremely fast, the price was very fair. If you just dropped your car off at Evolution Automotive, this is a great time killing breakfast option.

As I strutted into this joint, I was greeted by the warm embrace of a quaint, cozy, and comfortable atmosphere. It was like being enveloped in a fuzzy blanket made of chillaxing vibes and bacon. Speaking of bacon, let me tell you about this Whole 30 diet special (my name for it) they had going on - scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and tomatoes instead of toast, all for the bargain price of $10.95. It was so delicious, it made me want to do a backflip (spoiler alert: I can't do a backflip).

Now, let's talk about the lack of fruit. I mean, come on, where are my berries and bananas at? But fear not, because the salt shaker was like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat - it came out faster than you can say "avocado toast." And don't even get me started on the soda water. It was so yummy yummy in my tummy, I felt like I was floating on a cloud of bubbles.

In conclusion, this place has won me over. I will definitely be back for more of their scrumptious delights. So if you're looking for a place to satisfy your hunger while feeling like you're in a warm hug from a fluffy scrambled egg, look no further. This place is the bee's knees, the cat's pajamas, the scrambled eggs to my bacon. Go forth and feast, my friends!
