Used GY for Mom for almost two years. JoAnne would come over and spent the entire day with Mom and frequently took her out to lunch at her favorite restaurant. It was more a companionship thing, but it worked and Mom loved it. Golden Years is a great company to use for the care of your loved one.

Currently a Caregiver at Golden Years and I have never loved a company as much as I do working with Golden Years! The hiring process was professional but very fluid getting into things. Communication with the company and staff is beyond any other care team I’ve ever been apart of. They have an app to give you information on your client you’re working with and scheduling is amazing! You get to meet so many lovely souls working in this field but you are matched so well with clients, and it’s all down to the great work Golden Years does to have client and Caregiver comfortability. They are quick to respond, and very flexible and understanding to all situations that occur. The professionalism you receive at Golden Years is one I have never experienced else where and I strongly encourage those interested in this field and have the love of caring for others to look into Golden Years!

I just used this service for the first time. My Mom needed a sitter for the day while my Dad received outpatient surgery. She has dementia and I was very concerned about who would be taking care of my Mom because for the first time, I wasn't able to make the trip there to sit with her myself. My mom received compassionate care, and I found this organization to be a Godsend! Aiden provided the best customer service I have seen in a while. Carrie as well. She was very nice and helpful, and my Dad really enjoyed meeting her during the assessment. She made him feel comfortable with the process which is just what he and I needed. I am so thankful for them! They communicate well, and the caregiver that took care of my mom was also a pleasure. Definitely took some stress off my shoulders. Prices totally reasonable as well.
