We interviewed several builders to build our home and we decided on Scott. He is a custom builder who will build your home to your exact specifications and design. We also decided to use Scott because he also adds a lot of “extras” to the initial cost of construction and does not charge for some of the upgrades and does not nickel and dime you on some of the simple upgrades. For an example, Scott uses Lennox hvac units and Rannai tankless water systems instead of cheaper brands. He builds a good, quality home in a timely manner. We could not be more please with the finished product and the way our new home turned out. We would highly recommend Scott Clements Custom Homes to ANYONE who is looking for a reputable builder that builds a good home at a fair price.

We had a very easy and pleasant building experience with Scott. Our home was built quickly and was exactly what we hoped for. Anytime we have needed anything, Scott has always taken care of it. He is a great custom home builder who stands behind his work and builds beautiful homes at affordable prices, unlike many other builders out there today. S Clements Homes did not forget about us after the "one year" date was up like most other builders. I would definitely recommend building with S Clements Homes.

Scott Clements is a good guy, local to Caddo Mills, and his team is very accommodating. Our home is exactly the way we wanted it, and Scott continues to help us love our home even more almost a year later. He's really busy, like every builder I have met, so you might have to follow up a couple times on things, but he'll always make it right when he can.

Scott’s business partner and best friend actually started my house but because of so many problems with my house we had to part ways. Scott apparently didn’t like that we split from Tim Seymore custom homes and started bashing my new builder on social media. Scott’s Clements wife even called and left a threatening voicemail on my phone. I have never even met him or his wife. I just don’t want anyone to go through what we have been through. People wanting to build I would say make sure and do your homework.

We built with Scott 8 years ago. Over the years, we've had almost zero issues with the home, but gotten many compliments. Scott gave us a great deal on it and let us do many upgrades at cost, which helped us get the home we wanted at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend.

My house is now 10 years old, paid for and still fabulous. Scott even found us a bank that gave us under 3% interest rate on a 15 year note. Getting ready to help my daughter get her house built in the near future.

Scott Clements is a very small man with a very large ego. His attitude & immaturity runs from top to bottom in his company, don’t do business with this man & save yourself the $ he tries to weasel you out of. If I could rate ZERO stars I would. You can tell by his responses to other low ratings on here just how ill mannered & uneducated he is. I feel sorry for anybody who has done business with him in the past. All of his 5 star rating are friends making up for his low rates. Angies list has him at 2.2 out of 5 stars...
