Michael was very helpful and informative, there was no sales pressure, but a lot of good information with which to make good purchasing decisions.

If you purchase an item that is not in stock you'll want to get an approximate delivery date from the manufacturer. My headboard and footboard took almost six weeks to be delivered. The contract states S&S is not responsible for any manufacturers' delays and there are no refunds or returns. It took several calls to obtain updates as they did not even call when it went past the stated delivery date. Thank you.

We bought a used fridge from them for $600 because our fridge was going out and we didn’t want to lose our food. So we decided to go with them, but within a week the fridge went out and we ended up losing all our food anyways. So they delivered another temporary used fridge in place. No apology mind you at this time. So we decided since we lost all our food we might as well go there and get a new fridge. As soon as we get there and let the lady in the front know what was going on she was rude. We asked her questions like “do the fridges come with filters?” As we have never bought a fridge. Her response was “Well Yea, of course ALL fridges come with filters” in the most sarcastic tone. And after that I was upset. Then we knew we needed to finance it as it was an unexpected expense, so we started looking at the fridges and letting her know which ones we were thinking of and her response is “ Hold on, lets make sure you’re even approved”. It was extremely rude and I felt unwelcome there. Finally after being approved for the financing, we chose the fridge and they tried to charge us for a delivery fee even though we wouldn’t have had to buy another fridge had their first fridge not gone out. But eventually they didn’t charge us the delivery fee, again no apology for all this inconvenience because they couldn’t get a fridge to us till 3 days later. Which means no groceries till then. If anyone could avoid this business I would recommend to do so even though we could have been a isolated incident, but it was a bad experience overall. I do not like to feel like my family and I had a label on us. We are no different than any other customer, and though I’m unsure why were were treated differently, I would never want that experience for anyone else.

I was looking for a living room suit and mattress set. I found the perfect three pieces living room set ( sofa live seat and recliner, sofa and live seat also had recliners. All were very reasonably priced and they were able to deliver all my items that day within a couple of hours. Delivery guys were friendly and did a good job removing my old furniture and setting up my new. The lady in the store who was helping me with my purchase was friendly and very helpful.

We came in to just enjoy a few minutes looking at some beautiful furniture after church and lunch next door. We love the atmosphere and employees there.
