Comfort Keepers provided caregivers to provide necessary 24/7 companion care for my father who was in a rehab facility after a seizure and was also suffering through dementia with Alzheimer's. Set-up was incredibly fast. They worked with me through scheduling and changing week-by-week needs. Most of the caregivers provided 5-star service and went above and beyond to provide oversight. I had the sense that they truly cared about my dad and his well-being despite the difficulties in working with him because of his behaviors. Intentionally or not, I appreciated that they worked to provide the same individuals whenever possible. Over the course of six weeks, we had a few times where a caregiver called out sick or was running late.
In most cases, the caregiver they were relieving was okay with staying (sometimes for several hours). CK did their best to work around those circumstances. The back office and staff were really wonderful and I would not hesitate to call on them again if the need arises.
