After a recommendation from a superior, I reached out to ERP Advisors to get advice on a NetSuite renewal. Upon filling out their form online I received a link to set up a meeting very quickly to go over some scoping questions. After the scoping call I was able to hop onto a call with a technical consultant that provided a ton of value. Both Erica and Shawn were great to work with in the small amount of time I talked to them. Highly recommend this group.

Right from EAG's website, you can book an appointment. The result is a consultation with an owner of the company that knows the subject matter in depth. This high level of quality continued throughout my Needs Analysis. EAG has a strong process and a great appreciation for the apprehension their customers feel. Quentin did a great job of helping us navigate the subject matter and keep us on task. The resulting recommendations were thorough and showed a clear understanding of our current situation as well as our desired future state.

Quality peeps:
Part of their offering is a 100% implementation success rate (have gathered the industry standard is around 40-60%) so although they could have made a lot of money money off us, they steered us to another group and solution. After that they've continued to answer questions at no charge. If, like me, this is the quality you're looking for when vetting companies, here's your sign.
