The best burger I’ve ever had? I got the bacon stacker burger, omggg!!! It was so good. The only downside was the fries. They are called “seasoned fries”, but were way too soft and lacked the flavor from the seasoning. But the vibe is great, good music. I’m just really impressed with that burger. It was so juicy, and had that grill taste, wheeeww I tore it up lol! Thanks yall!

I chose to order because they had every side dish we wanted, and most places you can only get a small selection! While I do agree that some stuff seemed to be canned (baked beans and maybe green beans) they added their own flavors and touches that made everything delicious! The cabbage was different, but we loved it! The ribs were fall apart perfect, and we had a little brisket on the side also. We will go back again for sure it was well worth it!

I have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally decided to give them a shot. Yet another time that I haven’t been disappointed with my decision! Everything you see in the pic was delicious! The only suggestion I have is to put the bread separately from the rest of the meal as it was quite soggy. I’ll be ordering from y’all again soon though!!

1st time eating @ Smokin A's tonight, & it didn't disappoint! Their sliced Brisket is the bomb! Great flavor, perfect amount of smoke, deliciously seasoned with black pepper, moist & soooooo tender! We'll be back earlier in the day to try everything, & hopefully go to one of their Soul Food Sunday's soon! Also, the young lady that waited on us was a joy & a blessing.? I didn't get her name, but she had cute, short, green hair. Shout out to her friendly & generous spirit! (We're the couple with the 2 big Irish Wolfhound ? ?)

So I decided to support a locally owned Black business.... Why was the food not cooked right... I Mean, how can you screw up a baked potato? We'll they did. They sold my family a cold, half cooked, hard potatoes... The kids who worked there were playing visiting the other food truck... I mean come on....I feel like I've been robbed... Save your money and go somewhere else! Or bent over without the Vaseline!!!!!

So very disappointed ? My husband and I 1st time and last time supporting this black owed business. On Sunday (10/28/2024) we ordered a turkey leg, collard greens, 2 mac-n-cheese, sweet potatoes, dirty rice, brisket burger, and jerk wings. Yup,, almost $60 worth of food from a damn FOOD TRUCK! ? The turkey leg was GREY! Yes, over 3 days old and had been refrigerated. FACTS! The skin on the jerk wings were wrinkled...MEANING- NOT fresh and also tasted like the refrigerator. All sides were warmed up in the microwave!!! The collard greens were " collard greens gumbo". WTH? I SAID NO!! ONLY COLLARD GREENS! LIKE REALLY?!? NEVER AGAIN AGAIN..? 2 stars for the young ladies that was working cause they didn't know any better. They continued to let it be known that " OUR BOSS COOK THE FOOD AT HOME AND JUST BRING IT TO THE TRUCK FOR US TO HEAT UP AND SERVE... WOW!!

Their food and customer service is 10/10! My son and I shared the brisket plate with dirty rice and Mac and cheese and it was beyond good! So good that we came back again the very next day, hoping they still had food left.

My son is 2 and it was over 95 degrees and it was too hot to stand outside to wait until the food was ready and so we waited in the Desoto Marketplace and the sweet lady walked over and brought the food to us and I greatly appreciated that!

The only downside to this location is the heat but the FOOD is worth the WAIT! I don’t know if it’s just me but they seem to elevate watch time I come here! This my 3rd time! Ribs, brisket, wings ! You can’t go wrong! Richard at this location is a stand up guy! My order was wrong and keep fixed it immediately! That’s service with a smile!
