Badoo doo place is under staffed and your very underpaid owner had stock in Kensworth so that's all they give their medical magically happens to have sleep apnea gear.which ironically almost everyone mysteriously has to have and "buy from" then they have 4-5 counselors that's supposed to handle over 100-200 people each .. think you might get left behind? Payment is through the fuel card and you gotta mess with that to even get your money, and it doesn't always agree. Insurance is either the whole package or nothing. If your a trainee it's 630 a week if your a driver it's 50-63 cent a mile if you want their lease plan it's 4k upfront with a 3 year commitment at 1.16 a mile sound shady sound cheap sound like they getting rich off your work don't it. They have a high turnover rate and their safety department is run by a bunch of jerks who look for anything to take your money away. It's a bad company stay far away. Always remember they promote with AVG not guarantee

I worked here as a Custodian for over 8 years, I often miss it. The Aaron family who own the company treated me very well. They gave me raises every year, and every time they did I wanted to work even harder for them and I did. The CEO of the company himself would even reward my hard work on top of my regular pay and he told me he appreciated me, which went along way with me. He is a giver, and it should be no surprise that Christ himself has blessed him like he has. I developed several friendships within the company that I still maintain to this day. This is what I've learned from working for Stevens for over 8 years, If you work hard for them, you will be rewarded.

Belive all the bad reviews, In the month I was driving solo I made $400. You'll make barely enough to eat and survive on the road and that's it. I know I'm not alone on this because I spoke to my fellow grad students and no one has ever seen the promised minimum of $1,000 a week. More than 70% of the class has already quit in the first few weeks. And today I got paid and amazing $9.45 check. The recruiters will say and promise anything they have to say for you to join the on slaught of new students that the company uses as free drivers. You'll be diving for 2 months as a "student" basically driving for free. And once you graduate you won't get miles so they don't pay you.

Your average time on the phone on hold will be more then 45 minutes before someone answers you just to put you on hold and transfer you for the answering machine just to hang up on you. Oh but God forbid you don't answer your phone because they will hound you till you answer.

Office staff is under staffed for the amount of drivers they have so the time that it takes for you to get a simple answer will take all day.

I told them I had to go home for a family emergency and they don't send you straight home. It took 4 days to me to get home for my emergency. Even though I was just a state away. There is nothing you can do to avoid being frustrated with this company. You are not important, all that matters is that you drive and make them money.

Believe all the other horrible reviews, it's not just hot headed people with bad experiences, it's truly a bad company that treats you like cattle..

One of their drivers ran a red light and narrowly avoided slamming into a truck turning on a green arrow. I took down his trailer # and called their office. The gentleman I spoke with was incredibly professional, and informed me their trucks record and automatically send in footage when any incident like this occurs. Thankful they have that in place and that the driver will be held accountable.

Not a bad company to get your cdl through and get experience. My experience here is wasn’t the greatest as I was a lease contractor and got 2 trucks back to back with issues. My dm was awesome though he handled any problems that arose and even offered to find a resolution to have me stay but in the end there isn’t any resolution when your constantly going in the hole. As a driver though we really don’t complain until it’s too late to fix something then we just return the truck and move on. If I could do it all over I would have just stayed company and ask if they could make an exception on me taking the truck home since that was the only reason I became contractor. The secured location was over 3 hours from my house.

I’d leave a one star review if I could. The recruiter asked me about my criminal history and I was open and honest. She proceeded to ask me what I was charged with, which was none of her business, but I told her anyway, and she pretty much hung up on me immediately. I was under the impression this was an equal opportunity employer. Glad to know I can go work somewhere else though
