When I was making my appt, the person said that it would just be a hold on my card and the $69.99 would not be taken out of my account until the worker had come and diagnosed my problem. Immediately after giving my card number, the money was taken from my account.
Someone then calls me to talk about the appt and I brought it up about the previous situation and he proceeded to ask if I had a debit or credit card (the person taking the card number never asked that). He tells me oh we have no control when its a debit card and then I asked well why did the man who took the card number not say this. He just kept saying there was nothing he could do about that. He never apologized for the correct information being relayed to me and made it seem like I should not have any reason to be upset. It is the principal about things, therefore it should have been acknowledged the mistake that was made. You are a business and the customer comes first!

The technician was knowledgeable and polite. He fixed my washing machine efficiently and explained the issue in a way I could understand. Great service overall.

I called today April 3rd 2018 to inquire about a repair to my Kitchen aide mixer. The young man who answered the phone didn't sound sober, then I tried asking about getting my mixer repaired, he mumbled on top of me saying they don't repair kitchen aide mixers (even though it's advertised they do) & just hung up on me 🙁
